Offering interim school leadership, we will help to guide your school through temporary gaps in leadership, administrator sick and maternity leave, administrative support or transitional leadership.

Providing educational and instructional technology support to school organizations; supporting network infrastructure, implementing the successful use of educational technologies to meet school goals and student needs, consulting on technologies that can support school turnaround.  

Conducting professional development training seminars in Educational Technology(implementation, software tools, and using Google workspace), Achieving Student Growth in the Classroom, Classroom Management, School-wide PBIS and Transformative Classrooms.  

Providing direct coaching services to new school administrators and teaching staff.  Coaching will range from improving instructional outcomes, classroom management, PBIS, effective use of instructional technology, and school culture. Also OTES services available upon request.
